Our Beginning
EMITTING SQUARE was founded to rethink how research in organic electronics is performed. Despite rapid progress in OLED technology, much of the research process from material exploration to device interpretation still relies on fragmented tools and manual analysis.
Our team, working at the intersection of deep learning and organic photonics, set out to change this paradigm by combining physics-based modeling with artificial intelligence. Through this approach, we build intelligent research platforms that help scientists explore complex OLED systems, accelerate discovery, and transform data into meaningful insight.
The Challenge in OLED Research
Despite decades of progress in OLED technology, the research and development process remains highly complex. Modern OLED devices consist of multiple functional layers and involve intricate exciton dynamics, charge transport, and energy transfer mechanisms. Understanding and optimizing these processes often requires a combination of experimental trials, numerical simulations, and manual interpretation of large volumes of data.
