DELO Papers runs a nine-stage automated process that follows the same workflow an experienced researcher would, but compresses months of effort into minutes. Each stage runs sequentially to ensure coherence, accuracy, and originality.
Automated Research Insight Process
Processing time: 5 – 50 minutes*
*Processing time may vary depending on your computer's specifications and the number of input PDFs. As a reference, approximately 400 PDFs took about 50 minutes on a MacBook Air M3 with 24 GB RAM.
The process begins with the Extract stage, scanning and extracting text from every PDF in your input directory. Analyze then builds an internal knowledge base from the collected findings, and Outline generates the chapter structure. In the Figures stage, DELO Papers produces tailored prompts for each chapter ready to use with any AI image generation tool of your choice. Draft writes each section with inline citations, followed by an Originality check against the source material and a Polish pass for academic-quality prose. Finally, Assemble compiles all components and Render outputs the finished report as a PDF, DOCX, or both ready for review, submission, or presentation.
Originality you can trust
Every report generated by DELO Papers passes through a built-in originality verification system. The software checks generated text against the source papers for similarity, ensuring the output is a genuine synthesis rather than a patchwork of copied passages.
Three originality levels are available. Relaxed mode allows faster processing with higher similarity tolerance. Standard mode provides a balanced originality check. Strict mode maximizes uniqueness by performing additional rewrites, producing the most original output at the cost of slightly longer processing times.
The polish system complements this: Light mode fixes grammar and clarity; Moderate mode improves style and flow; and Thorough mode does a full academic rewrite for publication-quality prose.

Every aspect of the output is configurable. Set the target word count (from 2,000 to 12,000+ words), specify the number of chapters and figure prompts, choose from three figure styles (Academic Clean, Minimal, or High Contrast), and select English or Korean as the report language. You can even provide additional focus instructions to steer the analysis toward specific topics like material mechanisms or device architectures.
Intelligent model selection
DELO Papers uses Google's Gemini model family and lets you pick the right model for each stage. Use Gemini 3.1 Pro for high-accuracy reasoning and complex writing tasks. Switch to Gemini 3 Flash for faster data processing and analysis. Assign Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite to simpler tasks to keep costs down.
You can set a single default model for the entire process, or assign a different model to each individual stage (Analyze, Draft, Polish, Figures, and Verify) for full control over performance and cost.
Recommended configuration: Use a fast model like Gemini Flash for the Analyze stage (which is the most time-consuming) and Gemini Pro for Draft and Polish stages where reasoning quality matters most.
Available now
DELO Papers v1.0 is available today on Windows, with macOS support arriving in May 2026. The application requires an internet connection for LLM-based processing and is delivered as an installation package with a hardware-locked license. Trial version is freely available. Below, we provide two versions of each sample report: the Figure Prompt version is the direct output of DELO Papers, containing text prompts in place of figures. The Figure Inserted version shows the same report with figures generated using an image generation AI, inserted without any additional post-processing.

Your data stays yours
EMITTING SQUARE is a fully self-funded company. We have not received outside investment from any party, and we answer only to our customers. This independence is deliberate. it means no external stakeholder has any claim to your data or influence over how we handle it.
When you use DELO Papers, the symentic insight are processed through the Gemini API to generate your insight report. Beyond that, EMITTING SQUARE has no ability to view, access, or store any of the files you provide or the reports you generate. We do not collect your research data. We do not log your content. We simply cannot see it by design.
We believe that researchers should be able to use AI tools without wondering who else might be reading their unpublished work. That principle is built into every layer of DELO Papers.
